Two ways to use it
Advisory calls
Book in 60-minute blocks. Send context ahead of time, and you’ll get a short written follow-up with the key points and next steps.
Ad hoc work
Hands-on help outside a fixed engagement, such as reviewing a pitch deck, a spec, a pricing page or a candidate. We agree on estimated hours and a cap in writing before I start, and I won’t go past the cap without your OK.
